We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to help us grow our brand!

With treatment clinics across the North East, Westmount Dental is one of the North's leading provider of General and Cosmetic dental treatments.

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to help us maintain, grow and engage with our social media following.

We're looking for a candidate who is capable of effectively communicating and creating content which is relevant to our target audience.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for maintaining our social media sites, creating, editing and posting content, creating infographics and custom graphics, monitoring analytics and responding to user comments, and will report to our Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a comprehensive content strategy plan alongside the Head of Marketing
• Create and manage Facebook, TikTok, Insta, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts.
• Create engaging photo, video and written content.
• Update social media accounts on a regular basis.
• Respond to customer comments on social media platforms.
• Monitor social media activity of competitors and key employees.
• Manage blog posting schedule.
• Conduct market analyses.
• Analyse key social media metrics and provide suggestions

Candidate should know how to capture and edit high quality videos and photos, and be able to demonstrate this through past work.

Succesful candidate will also have the opportunity to further develop their skills through funded courses.

Competitive salary - dependent on experience

Bonus available based on KPI's being met.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Experience:

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sunderland
