Project Engineer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Whittaker Engineering are looking to recruit a project engineer for our busy engineering department.

This role would be based at our Stonehaven offices, working within the project engineering team to oversee the timely delivery of manufacturing jobs and offshore projects to client milestones, within budget and to the highest quality.

The applicant will have broad project engineering experience, ideally a background of working on a wide variety of offshore projects/assets e.g. topside, subsea, mechanical and fabrication projects. Previous experience in seeing a project through from concept to completion in a project engineering role would be beneficial.

A degree in a relevant mechanical engineering field or similar discipline would be advantageous but is not essential. Offshore experience would also be of benefit but not essential. The applicant must have proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent working conditions, remuneration package and benefits are available. Travel throughout the UK and overseas may be required on occasion.
