Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're a natural skincare & wellness company on the lookour for a part-time video creator to help us step up our social media by turning ideas in to scroll stopping content that speaks to our audience.

Initially this will include a mixture of videos demonstrating how we make our products as well as short form behind the scenes clips. We've laid down the foundations, you will just be working to improve on what we have already set out.

Most importantly, you will have a keen eye for engaging content, great hooks and be up to date with social media trends across TikTok & Instagram. A deep interest in the latest of natural skincare is also essential as well as being conscious about sustainability.

Responsibilities

Four long form videos per month between 30-45 secs

• Plan and create script
• Film the footage

Four short form videos per month between 10-20 secs

• Plan and create script
• Film the footage

You will also collaborate with our marketing manager to produce content in-line with our calendar.

We will initially help with editing, however you may be required to help with this as the role progresses.

Key requirements

• Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
• Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
• Knowledge of social platforms and what works.
• Have your own equipment to film content (A recent smartphone)

Additionally

• Able to get to our unit in Rye between 2 and 4 times per month (Depending on which videos are needed)

Qualifications

We will just need to see examples of videos you've created in the past. We would also like to hear your thoughts on how you will create videos that connect with our audience.

Nice to haves:

Experience using Dropbox or Google drive.

Experience using video editing software.
