Full-time Pharmacy Dispenser

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our independent pharmacy in Ipswich.

The Role & Responsibilities;

• Assisting the pharmacist as required
• Dispensing items efficiently and accurately
• Serving on the pharmacy counter in a professional manner
• Recommending suitable products based on customer healthcare requirements
• Liaising with patients, GP surgeries, nurses etc.
• Preparation of blister packs/dosette boxes (including care homes)
• Delivering services to patients (i.e. smoking cessation, weight management)

Your Skills and Experience;

• Trainee Considered
• Highly professional face-to-face and telephone manner
• Building relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
• Dispensing experience (preferred but not essential, training can be provided)
• Customer service experience

Employment details;

• Permanent contract
• Full-time hours
• Competitive rate of pay (dependent on experience)
• Immediate start available for the right candidate
• If you are interested in developing your pharmacy career and demonstrate the right attitude, we will support you with further training, i.e. Technician/ACT qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
