Role Overview & Responsibilities

At Woodleigh Healthcare Woking, we are looking for dedicated and experienced Supported living staff to join our friendly, expanding Team. You will provide enthusiastic, engaging and friendly care and support to our service users. We are looking for people who can think on their feet and be supportive, encouraging and empowering to our service users so they can live an independent and fulfilling life, while respecting client dignity, confidentiality and a person centred care approach.

We expect our staff to go bowling, to the cinema and other fun activities with the people they support. Also encourage them to stay healthy, so swimming parks and healthy exercise is encouraged.

• Mileage expenses paid, where personal car is used £0.40p/mile mileage rate
• 24 hours support from Team leaders/Care Coordinator and Registered Manager

Salary: £11.80 per hour
