Have experience of horticulture/gardening?

Our client is looking for a General Operative/Assistant Gardener to join their operations team based in York for an initial 3 months, on a wide variety of sites across York.

This is a full time role, Monday – Friday, 37 hours a week. The rate of pay is £11.77 per hour.

The purpose of this role is to carry out (where necessary) gardening and horticultural work/maintenance. For this role, a vehicle and equipment will be provided. Other duties will include: cutting, pruning, mowing, litter picking, weeding, emptying public bins etc.

Previous experience of gardening/horticulture or similar, would be advantageous.

You MUST hold a current full UK driving licence, be used to working outdoors and be physically fit.
