Music Producer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

XS Entertainment is currently recruiting for a music producer to join the XS Entertainment Music Production Team.

Your music production must be of a world class level to be selected for this role.

Having experience in the following would be highly desirable:

• Bachelors Degree in music preferred (Not essential)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in music production
• Knowledgable in all aspects of music and sound recording
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, to communicate effectively and meet deadlines
• Outgoing personality and ability to discuss music both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of the music and media landscape
• Passion and strong understanding for music and pop/urban culture
• Big ideas and the belief that anything is possible
• Ability to work with others in a positive and productive manner

The ideal candidate will have a high level of detail and understanding in all aspects of music production.
