Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for two Cleaning Operatives to join our team in London (SW18)

Role 1: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

8.00am start

Role 2: 23 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

8.00am start

Salary: £11.15 per hour

To work as part of a team to provide communal cleaning services.

Duties to include:

• Carry out daily cleaning of all communal areas within the blocks
• Concierge area cleaned
• Upholstered furniture vacuumed
• Kitchen and toilet areas cleaned
• Litter pick pathways, courtyard and car parks
• Bins put out and returned on collection days
• Bin rooms kept washed and tidy
• Changing lightbulbs
