General Builder

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Your home Group are looking for a skilled, reliable and hardworking general builder to join our team at Your Construction. We're an ambitious and growing company looking to expand our team and carry on growing our reputation for providing outstanding building work.

Role

Your role will be working alongside our current team completing building and construction projects. Our business model mainly focuses on working in properties that require complete refurbishments. We take on older properties that haven't been well maintained and start from scratch which allows us to create stunning new homes for the holiday let, tenant and student market.

We don't work for customers and build all of our own projects which allows you to work on various different sites and work with us contributing your skill sets to help us achieve our aim of bringing unloved buildings back to life.

You will be able to perform many different trades whilst on the job and we would require you to have the knowledge and skills to carry out the following tasks:

• Carpentry
• Kitchen fitting
• Decorating (to a proffesional standard)
• Bricklaying
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Fitting bathroom suites

Education

No education is necessary however please be prepared to show proof of building experience ie, past projects.

Furthermore we are happy to work on a sub-contract or full time role whichever suits you better based on your circumstances.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
