Role Overview & Responsibilities

Besides the endless hours of joy, we put into creating it, ZAP! is crafted from the highest-grade pharmaceutical PG, VG, nicotine, and flavours available.

We base our brand on Empowerment, and we incorporate this ethos into not only our brand, and customers, but also each staff member. Due to continued growth and exciting new opportunities we have planned, Zap! Juice is looking to recruit a new team member to join the R&D department.

Your role as a laboratory technician is to support R&D by helping with flavour research and new product development, and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Please note that this job role will require you to test vape flavours. You may also be required to support the production team with product mixing.

Daily tasks include, but not limited to:

• Preparing concentrates
• Mixing ingredients by following the formulas of products
• Organising and maintaining laboratory material inventory
• Making sure all lab operations meet Health & Safety standards
• Scientifically collecting and documenting feedback process and data for testing on new products

Requirements:

• Vaping experience is a must
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
