Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced full time gardeners and a part time soft landscape gardeners to join our fast-growing, professional gardening company Zen Gardens Ltd, based in North London.

Please do not apply if you do not have any experience with gardening.

Job roles of gardener:

• Working on a garden maintenance round (you must be familiar with this)
• Lawn mowing
• Hedge cutting
• Plant pruning
• Strimming
• Weeding

You must be able to meet the foreman on site each morning or be picked up from Muswell Hill / East Finchley train station.
work hours are 8am - 5pm

**You must have experience and be able to use all garden machinery and tools

We work in very large gardens for high end clientele so the ideal candidate must be well-presented, well-mannered, and display professionalism at all times

Attention to detail and finishing touches in gardens are a must

£80 a day for a 3 months probation, and then wage will be reviewed after this period

Job roles of soft landscape gardener:

We install new gardens regularly, so the perfect candidate must be physically able to carry out physically demanding jobs and carry / lift heavy items

You must have initiative and forward thinking as there is a lot of problem solving on projects

Being able to work as part of a team is essential as team work is crucial in day to day duties as a soft landscape gardener

• Lawn installations

£90 a day for a 3 months probation, and then wage will be reviewed after this period

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
