Role Overview & Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

· Assisting the kitchen team in food preparation, organisation and delivering service in our busy fast paced kitchen

· Assistance and your involvement in menu planning discussions

· Supporting and working alongside our kitchen brigade to ensure our 5* EHO rating standards are adhered to and stringent cleaning schedule is completed

· Assisting on different stations within the kitchen to learn our menu

· Helping with deliveries, restocking and stock rotation

Salary: Up to £22,500.00 per year
