Summer Festivals FOOD TRUCK WORKER- £12.50PH

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVER to join our team working on a Busy Foodtruck this Summer at festivals all over the UK including WIRELESS, ABODE, DOWNLOAD, ISLE OF WIGHT, JUNCTION 2, SILVERSTONE, LEEDS & more!

Starting Late May and going til mid September, you will travel the country and be working in our food truck. All travel costs are taken care of and you will be fed on shift, with accommodation varying from camping at some festivals (where you must have your own tent) and hotels will be provided at others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running a busy stall, overseeing daily operations and training Front of House staff. The ideal candidate will have experience running a fast service food stall before, ideally with experience of build and break at festivals too.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food safety requirements are being met at all times
• Ensure all customers are being served in a quick a quick fashion with excellent service.
• Ensure all food being served is to a correct standard
• Maintain stock levels throughout and assist with ordering
• Ensure stall is built at each event in a safe manner and all H&S best practices are being followed at all times

• Offering excellent customer service at all times
• Handling cash and credit card payments
• Following all H&S procedures at all time
• Assisting the Duty Manager with ordering
• Proficient in Stock Management
• Great customer facing skills & a great team player!

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 16 weeks
