Role Overview & Responsibilities

Who are we?

Autism+ PA services is a relatively small, specialist provider; supporting young people and adults who have autism. We provide 1-2-1 and small group support.

We are seeking 2 enthusiastic and resilient Autism Support Workers with good communication skills to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities.

At Autism+ we work alongside adults with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion for providing person centred support as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.

Given the nature of the role, these positions are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure for the successful applicants. The cost of which will be met by us.

Outreach 1-2-1 Services – varied support across Bolton, Stockport, Trafford and South Manchester.
