We brush the grill with mustard, smash the beef to seal in the caramelisation, season with salt & pepper, throw the American cheese on top which melts instantly, stack it all in a toasted bun with Burger Boi Sauce, crunchy pickles and shredded lettuce.

Our beef isn’t the only star. Our free-range birds are key to our next level fried chicken. We soak them in buttermilk, double dredge in Burger Boi seasoned flour mix and fry to perfection.

Besides smashed burgers and fried chicken we’re boxing up boatloads of deep-fried comfort with our ‘Insta famous’ Bad Boi Hot Mess, Nashville wings, crispy tenders, truffle mac and dirty fries.

And what’s a burger and fried chicken joint without a great shake!

Our signature Bad Boi shakes are decadently topped and hand-spun from British dairy ice cream.

Job Description

Chef De Partie
This role reports to: Head Chef/Store manager

Key Purpose of the role:
Consistently delivering great quality food in a clean and safe environment. Leading by example to grow the business through customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:

• Constantly ensuring a safe environment and product for both customers and team members by adhering to all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety procedures and COSHH procedures
• To be aware of and understand the Company policy in respect of sourcing ingredients.
• To work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

Salary: £7.00-£12.00 per hour
