Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Due to business growth, we are looking to employ a dynamic Customer Service Advisor to work within a busy pallet department, the role will be via both the phone and email and will include the following duties:

• All forms of customer communications in a timely manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Communications with other network depots to ensure delivery performance
• Communication with our own drivers to ensure KPI's are maintained
• Responding to customer and depot emails and message within an agreed timeframe
• Liaising with customers re potential late collections or other issues
• Elements of performance reporting
• Any other duties as required

Previous experience in a transport/logistics related arena would be an advantage but not a necessity.

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 09.30 - 17.30 plus 1 in 8 Saturday mornings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
