Spanish speaking Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Automotive Advisor Responsibilities and Duties

• Schedule service appointments
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information
• Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer
• Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into service database system.
• Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service.

Automotive Advisor Qualifications and SkillsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent 2-5 years experience as a Automotive service advisor Fluent English--Bilingual a plus

• Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills
• Out-going personality with experience at developing relationships
• Can work in a fast-pace environment, are organized, and can manage time efficiently
• Must have valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
