We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our friendly team in Wakefield.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working alongside other members of the team you will support our nurseries and their customers providing book-keeping services. This will include customer invoicing, credit control, funding management, timesheet and payroll management and supplier account management.

You will be expected to liaise with our external accountants and ensure accurate records are prepared and maintained to the required timetable.

With your excellent attention to detail, you will prepare clear reports and reconciliations, and deal with routine queries from and on behalf of our nursery teams and their customers.

You will be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers and other members of the team.

You will have good experience of:

• Bookkeeping and small business bookkeeping software packages
• Managing multiple clients with differing deadlines.
• Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: c£24,000.00 per year

Work Location: Wakefield based, some travel may be required to nursery locations.
