Role Overview & Responsibilities

Enlan Ltd are a Swindon-based company providing Property Maintenance services to clients in the South West and South Wales. We also provide Ground Maintenance and Cleaning services. Please see our website for further details (www.enlan.co.uk).

A full-time vacancy has arisen for an Experienced Maintenance Person, with experience in a variety of property maintenance tasks, to join our busy maintenance team working out of the Swindon area mainly in residential properties, but also in communal areas of residential blocks. This interesting and varied work includes working on client sites on small and large jobs (e.g. from replacement of Kitchens/Bathrooms to attending to leaks under sinks, changing taps, refitting blinds, painting and Decorating etc and various general property repairs).

Candidates must have good all-round property maintenance skills. Candidates should be motivated, reliable and able to work on their own initiative and also work in teams.

Candidates must have own basic tool kit (some tools will be provided for more technical work). A van will be provided with fuel card. The work is mainly in Swindon and surrounding areas but you may need to attend other sites along the M4 corridor and beyond (e.g. Bristol, Gloucester, Reading, Andover).

Candidates must have clean driving licence (3 points max). Normal Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Apply by emailing CV / covering letter. Salary according to experience
