Role Overview & Responsibilities

Hours:

8.30am to 6.00pm. Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week. Sunday working with a supplementary payment.

Dependent on experience.

Holiday:

20 days per year, plus statutory holidays.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload, be an excellent communicator with proven experience of working in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the customers receive the best customer service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum.
• To ensure all sales targets and KPI's are achieved.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis.
• To increase sales of products and services offered by the company, in accordance with procedures.
• Recruit and interview all employees for the centre.
• Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the company.
• Carry out service and repairs on all makes of vehicle.
• Support other centres, when asked, when necessary.
• To adhere to the company's policies & procedures including Health & Safety Compliance and stock control.
• To comply with reasonable instructions from management.
• The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times.
• Liaise with Head Office and other departments.
• The role of Centre Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £29,446.56-£31,322.18 per year
