Junior Desktop Support Officer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Fox Morris are working with Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames Council in relations to finding a Junior Desktop Support Officer to start work ASAP!

Responsibilities

• testing desk connections
• accommodation moves and changes
• relocating Google Meet hardware
• assist customers with mobile phone and chromebook setups/support
• responding to incidents and requests as directed
• inspecting and supporting Google Meet equipment

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

Salary: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Chromebooks/Google Chromebooks: 1 year (required)
• Hardware/General IT Kit/Monitors: 1 year (required)
