Role Overview & Responsibilities

Established in 1982, the Firm has offices in Central Milton Keynes and Northampton and employs over 100 staff offering a wealth of expertise.

Due to growth within the business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Commercial Property department on a permanent basis, at our Northampton office.

The Role

The LLP would be interested in hearing from applicants who have experience working in either residential or commercial property. The successful candidate will be supporting the Firm’s Commercial Property Partner and the wider Commercial Property team as and when required. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail and experience in working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the progress of all commercial property transactions from initial instruction to closure
• Handling confidential client information
• Preparing client documentation
• Use of the Firm office management system

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in either residential or commercial property
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines, show flexibility and prioritise workloads in a calm and consistent manner
• Ability to work in a friendly but fast paced and professional team environment
