Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're looking for a passionate Gardening Assistant to join our friendly and ambitious team here at Guyers House; a four star country house hotel boasting 37 individually designed bedrooms on the Cotswold Border.

Settled in 6 acres of tranquil Wiltshire countryside, you'll assist our Head Gardener with the upkeep of our grounds, ensuring attractive and well maintained hotel gardens.

To thrive in this position, you'll cherish being outdoors, be passionate about horticulture and be inspired to help progress our gardens. We're looking for someone with an eye for detail, hardworking and keen to get involved and be a part of our hotel family.

Preferably, you'll have some previous gardening experience or it's a hobby you adore!

This is a part-time position working in a three days a week, we are happy to be flexible with your working days with a pre-requisite shift pattern of 9-5:30. There may be an opportunity to work full-time, should you wish to work two days a week within maintenance.
