Role Overview & Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time sales assistant to join our team at our busy Sheffield store. A keen interest in technology is a must for this position.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Saturday with a regular day off during the week.

Ideal applicants will have some degree of flexibility to work overtime as cover where needed.

Ideally you will be outgoing, approachable, enthusiastic, well organised, capable of working in a fast moving environment and be comfortable multi-tasking.

Duties to include:

Serving customers face to face in the store.
Interacting with customers online through live chat and Facebook messages.
Dealing with email and telephone enquiries.
Till work, cash handling
A good level of education, excellent customer service skills and a passion for photography is essential. Previous retail experience in a similar position would be beneficial, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
