Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a customer service representative who has previous experience in a similar role and a keen interest in computers. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails and chat service requests and troubleshooting issues related to our product. A previous background in the technology industry is preferred for this position, along with excellent communication skills, administrative skills and an eagerness to learn more about the business.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers are helped in a timely manner.
• The ability to solve problems, and be an innovative thinker.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and chat requests in a timely manner.
• Provide work related information to customers.
• Assist customers with issues in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Adhere to the HIPAA Privacy Rule and other relevant laws, regulations and standards.
• Communicate with clients by email, phone, or in person.
• Handle customer requests in a timely manner.

If you have experience as a customer service team leader this would be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
