Role Overview & Responsibilities

Nights Guest Service Assistant Job at Holiday Inn Express Cardiff Bay and Staybridge Suites Cardiff. As Nights Guest Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during the night shift. Your role will include: • Cleaning of public areas. • Serving food and beverages. • Providing prompt, courteous and pro-active service to guests. • Preparing Night Audit report and complete night audit process. • Ensuring the security of guests and employees in the hotel at night. • Conducting efficient check in and out in line with brand standards. To be successful in this role, you must be able to multi ask effectively, be enthusiastic and positive with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Experience is preferred, however full training will be provided. Previous applicants need not apply.
