Duties: As a Research Analyst you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and friendly environment.
This role is ideal: * If you have a curious mind and the desire and commitment to complete tasks methodically and precisely * If you possess a genuine desire to reflectively learn and apply further your knowledge of finance, law, tax and real estate, then this could well be the opportunity for you You will have a buddy and mentor throughout your internship, and this will actively support you with developing your commercial outlook and transferable skills within a SME business. There may be the opportunity to extend your internship beyond the initial period, subject to a successful review and mutual agreement.
The Role includes:
- Supporting with an active review of case law, researching new cases, and assisting in the expansion and maintenance of our technical legal library
- Potentially supporting on project work including proof reading, drafting documents and inputting figures into spreadsheets for client projects
- Undertaking a wide range of other business research and/or analytical tasks
- Opportunities to attend conferences, exhibitions, seminars and network events
- Researching markets/key sectors at both macro and micro levels

Qualifications * This role is open to current Surveying students, graduates or postgraduates – though we are open to the right candidate of any degree subject; previous interns have studied Classics, Economics, English, History, Languages, Law, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Engineering * Strong numeracy and literacy skills with Grade 4 or higher in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent
