Helpdesk Operator
Role Overview & Responsibilities
18 hrs per week.
x4 4.5 hrs shifts. A mix of 7am or 14:30pm starts.
Tuesday - 14:30 - 19:00
Wednesday - 14:30 - 19:00
Thursday - 14:30 - 19:00
Friday - 07:00 - 11:30
Helpdesk Duties, required to work in The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, Liverpool.
Due to the nature of the Hospital, you will need to be polite, understanding and sympathetic, with a real focus on patient experience, and have a 'Can Do' attitude.
Full onsite training will be provided. There will be the opportunity for overtime to cover Holidays and sickness.
Mask wearing remains mandatory within this Hospital, to protect the Patients.
4.5 hr shifts, including weekends and BH's. Flexibility required.
No onsite Parking.
Rate of pay
£10.37 per hr Monday to Friday 5am - 8pm
Requirement for DBS, and Occupational Health check.
