Graduate Trainee - Fashion Social Media Role

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

· Management of Tiktok live broadcast

· Pre-planning and organising the schedule of the show prior to and during the live

· Communicating this to all stakeholders; including prepping the presenter

· Ownership of Tiktok seller centre dashboard

· Liaise with Tiktok account manager to ensure we are reacting to/ performing to our highest standard in line with new trends/ algorithms.

· Product coordination both in the studio and at the seller centre

· Ownership of flash promotions/ reacting to live trade requirements based on performance

· Support the presenter to help create positive energy during the live broadcast.

· Actively interact with customers and help support queries live via online chat as they come through.

· After each live, review and analyse performance to provide a report of performance including action points for future lives.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Confident with Microsoft Office
• Have TikTok products on shelves and experience in central control follow-up broadcasting. In-depth Tiktok live broadcast users are preferred.
• Have experience in live broadcasts.
• Good organisational, communication and time management skills
• Positive & energetic personality and passion for the job they are doing
• Be flexible and adaptable to change and be able to prioritise and respond to any issues/ customer queries in a timely manner
• Knowledge of social media; with a focus and interest for Tiktok
• Good team working skills

Able to help support presenter on-screen and step in on lives as and when required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
