Maintenance Person

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working individual as a full time maintenance person for our boutique hotel. The successful candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety and an eagerness to contribute to the efficient operation of our facility.

The job requires 40 hours across the week to do emergency maintenance, routine maintenance and work on projects such as room upgrades and events.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Basic mechanical, Carpentry, plumbing maintenance on equipment and building infrastructure.
• Basic joinery
• Basic plastering, painting and decorating
• Understand the importance of preventive maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities.
• Be able to perform general maintenance work.
• Understand construction methods and procedures.
• Use power tools to complete work.
• Use hand tools to complete work.
• Install electrical components.
• has own tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
