Role Overview & Responsibilities

Prompting overall positive mental and physical health with clients through
exercise and activities.
· Perform physiotherapy as per clients care plans.
· Offered compassionate physical and emotional support.
· Maintaining high standards of complex care in accordance with clients
personalised care folders.
· Acting in the best interest of clients while ensuring compliance with company
policies and guidelines.
· Helping and supporting clients with personal care routines (washing and
dressing).
· Ensuring all routine cleaning and changing of equipment are up to date.
· Monitor and record the general health of clients.
· Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, oxygen saturation and pulse.
· Liaising with client's families, nurses and care consultants to raise concerns.
· Ensuring the accurate completion of all administration and documentation related
to client's care.
· Proficient in an array of specific complex caring methods.
· Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy, Stoma care, Tracheostomy and ventilator
care
· Infection control

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
