As a Macdonald Leisure Club and Spa Cleaner - Hotel Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to all our guests.

We see you as a real ambassador of our company, operating on the front line with an organised, proactive approach and a meticulous eye for detail. You enjoy being part of a busy team but also have the drive to work on your own initiative, always keen to deliver the highest standards and exceed our guests’ expectations.

As a member of the larger team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the broader operations of the hotel, as well as making friendships and building a network of colleagues. This is a great place to start if you are interested in the world of hospitality!

Experience in a similar role would be helpful, but we will also offer training if you are willing to learn, take pride in your work and are committed to delivering our high standards. · Clean and prepare all assigned areas to the highest standards, including spa corridors, lounges and leisure pubic areas, changing rooms and poolside.

· Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all health and safety requirements and security procedures

· Ensure that all storage areas are kept clean, tidy and restocked

· Undertake deep cleaning tasks when required

· Take responsibility for understanding our products and services

· Proactively look for ways to improve or enhance the guest experience

Rate of Pay to be discussed on interview stage

• cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
