Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for motivated individuals with a passion for learning and a keen interest in the Construction industry to join our Graduate programme.

Our challenging and rewarding 3–5-year Graduate Trainee Programme is an important step towards becoming Chartered Quantity Surveyor. The scheme combines in-house technical and behavioural training with on-the-job experience. You will have responsibility for one of our projects from day one, plus structured support with professional development.

Mandatory Qualifications: 2:1 or above in the following subjects:

Either 2:1 or above in Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management i.e.

· BSc or MSc Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management

• Full support to achieve professional membership of TheRoyal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), on the job experience guided by structured technical training and placements with regular progress reviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
