Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN

Location: Hampshire, West Sussex

Pay rates: £27 - £50

Job description

· To effectively co-ordinate the care of a complex caseload of service users with severe and enduring mental illness.

· To undertake initial and detailed assessments where this is clinically appropriate.

· To formulate care plans in line with identified need.

· To provide recovery focussed therapeutic interventions in line with the agreed care plan and risk assessment.

· To assess risk, develop risk management plans, review and adjust in line with the service user's needs.

· To work in collaboration with service users as experts in their own care, promoting the principles of recovery, choice and personalisation, which value and empower the service user.

Qualifications

Essential

• Registered Nurse, Mental Health Practitioner or Occupational Therapist.
• Recognised Mentorship qualification (applies to nurses) or preparedness to undertake this within agreed timeframe
• Driving licence
