Nottingham Bowl is part of the Disco Bowl group and we have recently invested 750k in this iconic entertainment centre. As the largest bowling alley in the UK we have a national reputation for fun and professional bowlers alike.
You’ll be responsible for organising our lanes and making sure we delight all our customers. Working with the team, answering the phone and dealing with customers on a busy desk mean youll need to have initiative and be able to work under pressure whilst keeping the lanes moving. Calling faults to the tech team, dealing with issues and complaints, keeping our arcade running and handling online bookings make this a busy job with plenty of variety ! IT literacy is an advantage. We want our staff to enjoy making our customers happy.
Theres great progression opportunities for the right person, in fact this job is available as one of our people has gone on to be a manager in another centre !
You’ll need to be willing to work evenings and weekends, Some experience in a similar role would be preferred but is not essential for the right applicant as full training is provided.
