Ride Operator

Come and join the Park Operations team! As a Ride Operator, you will be joining a dynamic and diverse team, delivering exceptional customer service across the park, and ensuring the health and safety of our guests.

No two days are the same and you could be working in a variety of different areas across the Park, doing various jobs, all of which training will be provided for. The key qualities we are looking for include good communication, a willingness to learn, safety conscious and having an eye for detail, have the stamina to be ‘on your feet’, along with having a positive attitude.

Areas of work could include but are not restricted to;

• Guest Welcome – car parking/ turnstiles
• Ride Operations – operate rides and attractions
• Rio Grande Train – minimum age 25 years & full clean UK driving licence
• Presentation – litter picking, ride cleaning etc.

Hours of work

This is a seasonal position which includes weekends, school and bank holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance and vary dependent on the time of year. Start times are generally 09:00/ 09:30 with variable shift times. Flexibility is required in order to meet peak and off peak demands of the business.
