Property Inspection / Viewing Agent

Role Overview & Responsibilities

If you have an interest in property and are looking to turn that interest into additional income in your spare time, then we want to hear from you. Property Solutions Group value, manage and sell property across the UK and are looking for Field Agents to join us on a self-employed basis.

Carrying out pre-arranged appointments, you will be visiting properties in your local area for appointments which can include property inspections, viewings, hosting open houses or simply allowing access to the property.

While we don't require you to have any property industry experience, applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills as you will be representing Property Solutions Group and its clients at the appointments. You will also be fluent in English and be able to provide proof of a valid DBS check.

Field Agents are free to choose which appointment they accept depending on their availability and suitability, the renumeration will depend on the type of appointment and this will always be confirmed and agreed prior to booking appointments with you.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £20.00-£40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
