Charge Nurse

Days or Nights- 38.5-44 hours

Clinical & supernumerary time

The role itself:

• Deliver high quality, person centred nursing care within the home to residents

• Communicate with family members & key stakeholders positively to achieve mutual goals

• Supporting service users on a daily basis with clinical & personal care

• Train & develop junior members of staff whilst adhering to NMC & SSSC regulations

• Support the management team in ensuring the highest levels of care are given

• A 60 plus bedded Nursing home catering predominantly for the elderly & those with dementia

• Located in the EH16 area of Edinburgh

• A fantastic management team in place to support your development

• Rated at 4’s with CI & great local reputation

The ideal candidate will be:

• Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN or RNLD)

• Excellent clinical skills

• Fantastic communication skills

• Experienced in dealing with elderly care

• Positive attitude & a team player
