Real Estate Management Internship

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an intern in the Property Management department.

The ideal candidate will be organized and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance requests, and other matters as needed

• Prepare documents for renewals, tenant notices, and other correspondence

• Ensure that all tenant files are up to date

• Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of all property related activity

• Conduct regular inspections of the properties

• Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants

• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting

• Participate in team meetings and provide reports on current projects

No driving license required

Internship will last between 6 to 13 weeks

Salary: £30,000.00-£64,000.00 per year
