Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for the right candidate to join us. This is a permanent position with a van, fuel card and tools provided. The successful Multi Skilled Plasterer will need to have previous experience working in social housing or domestic setting.
The Multi Skilled Plasterer role will include:
- Working in void and tenanted properties
- Van & Fuel card
- Up to £28,000 salary
- Monday – Friday – 37 hrs a week
The successful Multi Skilled Plasterer will be expected to complete:
- Floor screeding – using concrete/sharp sand
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Adhoc duties in the void properties
We are really keen in speaking to any Multi Skilled Plasterer who holds any of the following:
- NVQ Level 2 in plastering or time served
- Experience working in social housing or a domestic setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
