Trainee Estate Agent

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Trainee estate agency role, to include sales, lettings and property management. Daily tasks will include, conducting viewings, answering the phone, registering applicants either by phone or on email, assisting the landlords and tenants with maintenance and repair schedules, along with property inspections to assess any repairs. Full training and support will be given.

The candidate must live within 5 miles of the Office in SW18, have a clean driving licence, be educated to degree level, with enthusiasm for work along with a confident telephone manner and a good sense of humour.

Salary: £22,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
