Role Overview & Responsibilities
Digital Technology Services Directorate (DTS) is recruiting for IT Analysts to join the IT Support Team. The IT Support Team sits within the Digital Technology Services Directorate. Our Digital Technology Service has been configured not only to deliver excellent IT services, but also to drive major IT development and change. It is a large service focused on enabling, implementing, and supporting a wide range of technology to meet the needs of the University Community.

As an IT Support Analyst, you will deliver a proactive and efficient IT Support service, responding to requests for technical advice including the delivery of first and second line customer support, within agreed resolution targets.
We are looking for candidates with experience of carrying out IT solution support activities, as well as knowledge of various types of IT hardware and software. It is essential that Candidates have the willingness and ability to work weekends and evenings subject to business needs.
