Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with a passion for customer service. A successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a restaurant setting, be able to mix and serve drinks, and be able to speak with patrons and build relationships. Our Bus Bar Staff work directly with our wait staff to assist them in serving tables, so we're looking for someone who's detail-oriented, loyal to the team and can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders and requests efficiently and courteously.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns.
• Provide customers with food and drink.
• Take customer's payment.
• Open and close the business according to the schedule.
• Cope with difficult customers.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: £9.00-£10.42 per hour

• Cheltenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
