About us

Our company is seeking a strong manager with strong e-commerce experience to oversee our online store and make improvement plans for the future. The E-Commerce Business Deveolpment Manager will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the e-commerce websites, overseeing product development and communicating with vendors on issues relating to product shipments. If you're passionate about e-commerce and have been in charge of e-commerce projects in the past, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to develop and expand your skills.

Your job role will include:

  • Uploading and listing products on various online platforms such as eBay & Amazon and on own company’s websites on a regular basis,
  • Writing creative, SEO-optimised content
  • Sourcing new suppliers and communication with them
  • Optimising listings to increase sales conversion, maximising sales and opportunities
  • Expanding the product portfolio in accordance with the customers needs
  • Updating of stock on all selling formats
  • Assisting with online marketing strategy
  • Actively looking for a new leads
  • Forecasting of stock and best sellers, trend analysis
  • Controlling stock levels and replenishing the stock
  • Ensuring all clients receive the best customer service at all time
  • Respond to all email, phone and chat leads immediately
  • Organising a courier delivery for all online sales and warehouse picking- packing process .
  • Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
  • Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
  • Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
  • Recommending and implementing strategies to position the brand for growth
  • Analysing brands of competitors, consumer trends and shopping behaviours
  • Supervising the design of content such as artwork, print and digital media.
  • Monitoring the performance of the brand through key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Maintaining and growing the brand’s affiliations and partnerships
  • Achieving profit targets, timelines and budgets

. The Successful Applicant Must Have:

· At least 2 year of experience within a similar e-commerce and marketing role

  • Previous experience working with eBay, Amazon and other online channels
  • Experience in social media content creation – strong understanding of what makes engaging content
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Confidence in using Adobe Photoshop or similar software
  • A keen interest in current IT trends, strong attention to detail and contributes ideas
  • Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workload
  • Strong inter-personal skills to enable effective communication at all levels
  • Accomplishes department objectives by managing their team; planning and evaluating company activities.
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
