We are looking for a trained windscreen fitter to join our team in Birmingham.

Turbo Windscreens Birmingham Limited was set up over 40 years ago by Managing Director Vince Farquharson. Our company aims to provide the best service by always being honest, respectful and having great integrity. We carry out chip repairs, and replace windscreens in a whole range of vehicles including cars, vans and commercial trucks.

About the Job Role
We are looking for a qualified windscreen fitter to join our team. You will be required to provide great customer service while changing windscreens for end user and commercial clients. We are looking for someone who is self motivated and willing to problem solve independently to grow our business.

Main Job Responsibilities
- Carry out Windscreen Repairs and Windscreen Replacements
- Be able to take cash or card payments from clients (training provided on card system)
- Be able to manage time effectively
- Be able to communicate effectively - keeping other staff and management up to date with daily job loads
- Be able to problem solve
- Keep work stations tidy and organised
- Maintain a clean environment, taking care of company tools and equipment

Essential Criteria
***MUST HOLD A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE
Experience in the motor trade

Desirable Criteria
Experience in fitting windscreens
Customer service experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
