VIP Host Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Do you like being in a nightclub environment?

We are currently looking to add a Supervisor to our VIP Hosting team!

Training is provided. Working hours are 11pm until 4-5am Friday/Saturday with occasionally mid-week shifts.

Job Role:

• Management of our VIP Host staff team
• Liaising with the Vibe Management team and our Security team when needed.
• Responsible for looking after our VIP table customers in their allocated booths.
• Serving pre-ordered drink packages and taking orders from our VIP menu.
• Upselling premium products to our guests.
• Keeping tables and VIP area clean and tidy.
• Interacting with customers and ensuring our high level of service is meeting expectations.
• Cash/Card handling, responsible for VIP till reconciliation.

Due to the nature of the venue (Nightclub), the successful candidates must be over 18 as you will be selling alcohol, and you should be able to commit to working weekends and bank holidays. In return, you'll receive an excellent rate of pay, incentives plus a range of fantastic benefits including staff discount.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week

Salary: From £12.50 per hour
